AFCG accepts fiduciary status as an "investment manager" under ERISA Section 3(38).
Our fee for Financial Consulting services is charged in one of three ways:
1. As a fixed fee, typically ranging from $750 to $5,000, depending upon the nature and complexity of each client's circumstances. 50% of this fee may be due upon signing of the consulting services agreement with the balance due upon presentation of recommendations to the client.
2. On an hourly basis, billed at $200 per hour. An estimate for total hours will be determined at the start of the consulting relationship. 50% of the estimated fee may be due upon signing the consulting services agreement with the balance (based on actual hours) due upon presentation of the recommendations to the client.
3. As a percentage of assets under management fee ranging from 0.25% to 1.00%, depending upon the nature and complexity of each sponsor's qualified retirement plan. Determining factors include plan size, number of participants, employee education and investment committee meeting requirements, and other administrative responsibilities. The annual fee will be charged on a quarterly basis.
